Dr. Adv. Sanjay Murari Chaturvedi is a distinguished legal luminary and one of India’s foremost authorities on Real Estate Law and Finance. With a career spanning over 35 years, he carries forward a rich legacy of real estate journalism and research.
He is the founder of Sanjay Chaturvedi Associates (SCA) and a practicing Lawyer at the High Court, specializing in RERA compliance, Land Revenue matters, and Property Law. Under his leadership, the firm has provided strategic counsel to over 500+ corporate clients and handled thousands of complex property litigations.
Dr. Chaturvedi holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate Finance from the University of Mumbai, making him a rare expert who combines academic depth with practical legal expertise. He is a prolific writer with over 45 published books on Real Estate, RERA, and Housing Laws, many of which serve as reference guides for industry professionals.
He is a highly sought-after Academician, serving as a Visiting Faculty at prestigious institutions including IIM Ahmedabad, NMIMS, University of Mumbai, and ICAI. His research contributions have been utilized by global and national bodies such as Dow Jones, CRISIL, MMRDA, and CIDCO.
